早上刚上班，Sara碰见了Roc，就聊了几句。

Roc:Hey, Sara. Good morning!

早上好，Sara.

Sara:Morning, Roc.

早，Roc.

Roc: What’s wrong, Sara? You look down. What happened?

怎么了？你看起来有些低落，发生什么事了？

Sara: It’s my car. I bought it last month, butit’s starting to have problems.

是我的车，上个月刚买的，现在就开始出现问题了。

Roc:Did you ever call the 4S shop?

那你给4S店打电话了吗？

Sara: Yes, I did. They told me to wait.

打了，他们说让我等。

Roc:You should go to the 4S shop inperson. They usually ignore the phone calls.

你应该亲自去4S店，他们一般会忽略电话求助的。

（剧情需要才这么说，现实情况不一定是这样）

Sara: I know, but I guess they will let mewait.

我知道，但是我觉得他们还是会让我等。

Roc:Why not go straight to their manager?

为什么不直接去找他们经理？

Sara:Do you think the manager will be inwhen I go there?

你觉得我要是去找，他们经理会在吗？

Roc:You’d better ask the CCA (China Consumers Association) for help.

你最好去找消协。

Sara: This is a good idea. Thank you, Roc.

这个主意不错。谢谢你Roc.

Roc:No worries. Shall we go back to work? Theboss is watching us.

不谢。我们快去工作吧，老板在看咱们呢。

Sara:Sure.

好吧。
