员工有15天的有薪假期。如果没有休完15天的话，可以顺沿至下一年。

B: How about sick days?

那么病假呢？

A: You get five paid sick days.

5天有薪病假。

B: Any other benefits?

还有没有其他的福利？

A: Yes, we have an excellent retirement plan and medical insurance as well.

还有，我们公司还有一项极好的退休规划和医疗保险。
