宝宝：好的，咱们去坐电梯吧。

电梯一词，美式英语用elevator，英式英语用lift；乘坐用take一词。

Mother: There it is over there.

妈妈：在那儿呢。

We need to press the button that has the arrow pointing up

咱们得按一下这个箭头朝上的按钮，

and then wait for the doors to open.

然后等着门开。

Child: Okay, can I press the button?

宝宝：好的，我能按按钮吗？

as that is the floor number we need to get to.

因为这是咱们需要去的楼层号。

Child: Okay.
