本人70后，90年初中毕业，我上小学那会，是没有英语课的。真正开始学英语，是在初一。80年代，全国可能都是这样，小学是不开设英语课的。但到了90年代，小学开始学英语了，最开始是从三年级开始学，现在很多学校从一年级就开始学了。
