【Abstract】In the era of mobile Internet， media reports pursue fast pace in order to attract viewers' attention and network heat in the first time. However， in the mixed Internet， some media reports lack the authenticity and accuracy of news. When reporting news facts， some media even use eye-catching headlines and sensationalist kitsch means to report some unconfirmed or groundless news information. The other is that when reporting major social events， they do not pay enough attention to the parties involved or the details of the facts， thus misleading the masses and setting off a wave on the Internet， affecting the direction of public opinion. This paper will take the case of Shenjing in Shandong Province as an example to discuss the anomic phenomenon of the media in reporting rights protection in the era of mobile Internet， analyze the causes behind it， and on this basis discuss how the news media can better objectively present the facts when reporting such incidents， so as to better play the basic responsibility of the news media to convey information to the public.
