The high altitude weather station of China Meteorological Administration will release some high altitude balloons to observe and collect some meteorological data every day. Zhuzhou Rubber Research and Design Institute buys more than 75 percent of the balloons released daily by the China Meteorological Administration's high-altitude weather stations.
