日前，浙江省公安厅向社会公布两起特大跨境赌博案件，案值以亿元为计量单位。近日，温州瑞安警方成功侦破一起特大跨境网络赌博案，截至目前已采取刑事强制措施146人，移送起诉82人，网上追逃11人，初步查明涉案资金流水70余亿元，查封财产资金3000余万元，冻结银行卡500余张，系瑞安迄今涉案金额最大、涉案人员最多的一起跨境网络赌博案。
